Hotel

• Check-in to the hotel in Cusco is at 11:00am and check-out is at 09:00am or depending on the hotel.
• Check-in at the hotel in Aguas Calientes is at 11:00am and check-out is at 09:00am or depending on the hotel.
• Breakfast in Cusco is between 07:00am to 09:00am.
• Breakfast in Aguas Calientes is between 05:30am to 08:00am.
• Reservations are subject to availability. Check availability before making reservations.

Schedules

• Pick-ups for the tours are from the historic center of the city.
• Be at the indicated time at the hotel reception for the pick-up of the tours. In case it is Airbnb, make sure you have a good signal or meet at the meeting point.

Transport

• Seats in mobility are random.
• The transport can be a large bus or a 20-passenger sprinter or as the case may be.

Flights

• If you purchased the package with flights included, tickets are automatically issued based on airline availability. Once the tickets have been delivered, they are non-refundable, non-endorsable, non-modifiable.
• If the airline reschedules or cancels flights, you must contact the airline directly with your reservation code.
• The seats are random on the plane. If you want specific seats, the cost is from 12 USD to 50 USD depending on the airline.
• The cost of 23kg checked baggage has an additional cost per leg of 25 USD depending on the airline.

Itinerary

• These are planned with great care. However, for operational reasons, the order of the activities, specified routes, and the itinerary in general should be assumed as a guide.

Date Modification

• Date changes can be made up to 1 business day before your trip.
• In case of requesting a change of date, JASTHYN TRAVEL TOURS reserves the right to apply a minimum charge of S/110 for administrative expenses.
• There are no changes in the entrance fees to Machu Picchu. The ticket is lost in its entirety. A new ticket must be purchased.
• There are no changes in category hotel reservations (you must check with the agency, which ones do allow it and their conditions).
• For the change of date of Consettur bus tickets, a penalty of S/10 is paid.
• For the change of date of train tickets, a penalty of 20% of the cost of the previous ticket plus the difference of the cost of the current ticket is paid, 24 hours before the departure of the first section.

Cancellations

• Once the reservation has been made, cancellations are not accepted, not endorsable.
• If you decide to withdraw before the end of the services, there will be no refund.

Other

• All passengers must carry their original, valid ID.
• Don’t forget your entrance tickets, depending on the tour you will take per day.
• Service is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions (rains, landslides, overflow, etc.), strikes and/or demonstrations and any other event that does not allow the normal development of the itinerary.
• Prices for children under 3 years old do not always pay when they are sitting on their parents’ knees on the tours and sleep with their parents. In case of breakfast, it must be provided by the parent.
• Make reservations with a minimum advance indicated by the sales area.
• The agency is not responsible for loss of personal valuables during the trip.
• Rates do not include IGV (if you want a ticket or invoice, it is plus 18% additional).
• Any inconvenience during the trip must be reported immediately, not at the end of your stay.
