Terms and Conditions

JTT T division of Jasthy’n Travel Tours, a Wholesale agency that acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers on different itineraries, such as transportation companies, hotels, Tour Packages, travel insurance, airlines, cruises and other operators wholesalers. Therefore, we are beyond the control of the suppliers and/or their agents.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Deposit A deposit of $100 per person is required within 2 days (48 hours) of booking. If the total reservation price is less than $100, the full amount will be charged at the time of reservation.

Payment will not be considered made until received by JTT. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled in the system at 5:00 P.M. ITS T.

Balance to pay

The outstanding balance of the package must be paid in FULL no less than 30 days before departure. Immediate payment in full is required for reservations less than 30 days prior to departure date. (Reservations with a departure date between December 20 and December 31 will require payment in full 60 days before departure). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION IF THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS NOT PAID BY THE INDICATED DATE. Additionally, JTT reserves the right to impose cancellation charges on payments not received within the stated period. JTT is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations. All payments must be received by JTT prior to delivery of vouchers or documents.

Payment Methods
Cash payments must be made in person at any of the nearest JTT offices or with our authorized agents, or bank transfers.

For credit card payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Paypal will be accepted. Please ask your travel agent for the Credit Card Authorization form.

NOTE: For payments on the due date, only a credit card will be accepted.

AIR TICKETS

The value of the airfare is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued. The air ticket is subject to the regulations and restrictions of each airline. Including but not limited to charges for ticket change, route, cancellation, no show and any other penalty the airline deems necessary.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS

Last minute reservations are considered “urgent” orders and require special handling. Therefore, they incur additional costs to update, fax documents, confirm their hotel accommodation and other required services. Therefore, reservations made less than 7 days before departure will be charged an additional $25.00.

Jasthy’n Travel Tours will not accept travel reservations within 3 days.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents prior to travel.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the day of departure. Visas, Vaccines and any other document required for the trip must be consulted directly with the Consulates or Embassies of the countries you will visit before starting the trip. Jasthy’n Travel Tours will not be liable for any loss, expense, cost, damage, injury or loss of enjoyment suffered as a result of your trip being canceled due to your failure to comply with such requirements.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Jasthy’n Travel tours highly recommends purchasing travel insurance along with your tour package. In case of an emergency, contact the insurance company directly. The insurer will provide you with the processes to follow according to your case. There may be exceptions to the policy coverage in the case of pre-existing illnesses (check with the insurer). For any reimbursement, the passenger must keep all receipts for the expenses incurred in the care and contact the insurer.

If the passenger decides not to purchase travel insurance. Jasthy’n Travel Tours will not be responsible due to any mishap, cancellation, inconvenience or suffering, before, during or after the trip. This includes losing the right to reimbursement or future claims due to any complaint or expense due to an accident, illness or any mishap before, during or after the trip.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

A. CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE OF $50.00 PER PACKAGE, IN ADDITION TO THE APPLICABLE PERCENTAGE OF THE TOTAL TRIP PRICE AS INDICATED IN THE TABLE BELOW. ADDITIONAL PENALTIES DUE TO NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE AIR TICKETS AND/OR HOTEL PENALTIES MAY APPLY. CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED TO BE DOCUMENTED IN WRITING FOR CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS AND MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO JTT VIA EMAIL RESERVAS@JASTHYN-TRAVEL.COM OR VIA WHATSAPP +51-981-307-060.THE DATE OF DEPARTURE CONSTITUTES THE DATE INDICATED ON JTT CONFIRMATION IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND AS SUCH YOU WILL INCUR A CANCELLATION PENALTY OF 100% OF THE VALUE OF THE PACKAGE.

B. Reservation Modifications and Changes

  1. An additional $25.00 will be charged for each change or modification to a reservation once it has been confirmed.
  2. If documents such as vouchers, air tickets, etc. need to be reissued, an additional charge of $25.00 will be charged, plus any other additional fees imposed by the hotel, airline or service providers on the selected itinerary. If a courier service (Airborne Express, UPS, FedEx etc.) is requested to deliver the reissued documents, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of the home delivery service, otherwise, the documents will be sent via regular mail. JTT is not responsible for any delay in receipt of reissued documents delivered by the United States Postal Service or couriers.

Non-transferable: Name changes are not allowed for reservations already made. If the original passenger is not eligible to travel, the reservation will be canceled and cancellation penalties will apply. New reservations will be subject to space availability and cannot be guaranteed by Jasthy’n Travel Tours. Once the reservation is confirmed, payments made towards the original reservation (less any cancellation fee), will be credited to the new reservation.

REFUNDS

Refunds for cancellation prior to departure of a trip will be dealt with under the cancellation policy. No refunds will be made for any services that the client did not use including hotel accommodation, transfers, tours, meals and excursions.

Hotel Reservations: hotel stays that the client did not use are refundable only if the minimum stay of 2 nights is covered as long as the tour operator receives a refund from the hotel itself. A copy of the receipt for the services used at the hotel will assist the refund process. Once all the evidence of the case has been obtained, in which the cancellation charges made to JTT by our suppliers will be applied, the refund will be made. If the client purchased travel insurance at the time of booking, keep in mind that in the event of abandoning a tour after the trip has started, due to illness, the client must present a medical certificate to support any insurance claim. ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY JASTHY’N TRAVEL TOURS WITHIN A PERIOD OF NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE TRIP HAS ENDED. All refund claims must be sent to:

JTT will not accept requests made by fax. No refund or adjustment will be made for any change, cancellation or modification of services provided in the itinerary, if such changes are made by the client himself during the tour.

If the refund is approved, it will be returned in the same way as the payment was received.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card.

If payment was by cash/check, the refund will be made to the person who paid for the services.

If the payment was made through Safety Pay / Moneygram / Western Union it will be refunded to the person who paid for the services.

CHARGES

Third parties, the credit card holder strictly accepts the charges for this trip, including his family and friends.

Any dispute of a charge to your credit card must be resolved directly with Jasthy’n Travel Tours before contacting the Credit Card Company. JTT will make every effort to resolve the charge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Extended Stays
    If the client made his own arrangements to stay at a destination before or after his itinerary arranged with us, the stay will be his responsibility with regard to any expenses such as hotel, transfers between the hotel and airport, etc.
  • Hotel check in/check out: According to general hotel policies, rooms will not be available before the check-in time of 3:00 p.m. and must be vacated (check out) before 11:00 a.m. :00 hours. Policies may vary depending on each hotel. Please check the specific instructions of the tour or service written on the vouchers.
  • Airline, airport, government and additional taxes: Any domestic and international departure or arrival taxes, security charges, and other types of taxes given by airlines, airports, governments, etc. They are not included in our prices.
  • Taxes: Hotel taxes, transfers and tours are included within the package (local room tax, hotel service charge, energy surcharge) unless otherwise specified. Tips are not includet.
  • Disabled Clients: Any disability that requires special attention must be informed to Jasthy’n Travel tours at the time of booking. JTT will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled customers on a trip, but will not be responsible for any denial of services made by suppliers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Buses and minibuses are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we are unable to provide individual assistance with walking, dining, riding and riding buses and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers needing such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.
  • Hazardous Conditions: JTT will not be responsible for hazardous or dangerous conditions in international destinations, including weather conditions, health, supplier bankruptcies, or the unavailability of disabled persons on any portion of the itinerary. Please contact The Travel Warning Section of the US. State at (202) 647-5225 for information regarding possible dangers or risks in international destinations.

RESPONSIBILITY

JASTHY’N TRAVEL TOURS and its agents and/or offices and/or service providers as the case may be with respect to the itineraries will act only as an agent in making arrangements for hotels, air tickets, cruises, sightseeing tours, transportation and other services provided in the package and will not be responsible for any damage, loss, delay, changes in the itinerary, additional expenses, inconveniences or irregularities, of the person or property included in the trip related to the supply or omission of air transportation services. or land, of the hotel, meals and other services or the client’s illness.

We are not responsible for mechanical breakdowns, government actions in a country, war, terrorism, civil unrest.

fires, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control, such as the client’s failure to obtain appropriate documentation and/or follow the operators’ instructions including check-in/check-out during hotel stays, loss or damage to clients’ luggage or its contents. If the client decides not to purchase travel insurance, JTT will not be responsible for any loss or expense due to any mishap, trip cancellation, accident or illness during the trip, loss of luggage, etc.

Special customer requests will be sent to our suppliers to service but cannot be guaranteed by JTT.

Prices are based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of booking and may change without prior notice. Special offers and promotions may change or be withdrawn without notice. JTT will not be responsible for any printing errors in our catalogues, brochures or newspaper advertisements, etc.

CLAIMS

JTT’s commitment is to the satisfaction of its customers. If any claim arises from the purchase of any service through the website or directly with one of our agents, the client agrees to give us the opportunity to resolve any dispute. If we have not resolved your claim within 60 days, you may request legal assistance, which must be resolved before an Arbitrator.

Any complaint or dispute will be governed and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without giving effect to choice of law principles.

Jasthy’n travel Tours, Inc. and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Union County, New Jersey, for the resolution of any dispute or complaint.

JTT. and you also irrevocably consent to waive your right to go to trial in front of a jury.
