Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco – Piuray Lake
We will Pick you up at your hotel around the historic center, but if your hotel is located far the historic center, our meeting point will be at the main square.
We will board the tourist bus and go to base of operations is located in Pongobamba Community, Chinchero district just 45 minutes from Cusco.
When you stay there, you will receive a safety talk and instructions, you will also do a small practice .
We start the tour to the Piuray Lake, we can do some activities like a bird watching, and appreciate the huge Piuray Lake.
On the way to the Pongobamba Viewpoint, along a mixed route between trails and asphalt roads, on this journey we will have a beautiful view of the Vilcabamba Mountain Range
Once we have visited the viewpoint, we begin the descent towards the operation centre, where we leave the motorbikes.
We will take the bus to go to the salt mines of Maras .
Return to the city of Cusco
End of the service at Plaza Regocijo.
